Shipping and returns

Delivery time

Our stock is very small so most of the goods are done upon request. In this case the delivery time will be around 10 to 15 working days depending on the complexity of the work.

If we have the goods in stock, you will get your order in less than a 10 days

In case that the delivery time will be greater than indicated here, you will receive an e-mail message notifying it.

Delivery time is considered in working days.

Products are delivered to the shipping address you've given us in the order, unless otherwise indicated.

For orders shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday, the carrier will deliver to the address indicated by you at the time specified above. The carrier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In the event that the client detects a problem at the time the goods were delivered (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) must be indicated in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, and contacted by email to the address anapuntoinfo@gmail.com sent within the 48 hours after receipt of the order. No return of damaged items neither any claim for missing items will be admitted if it has not been communicated within the time limit set. This is without prejudice to the right of guarantee for non-conforming products with the contract who assits every consumer, according to the regulations.

Shipping costs considered include packaging, handling and transport to where you have indicated to us. These concepts are included into the price if they are specified in that way.

Return of goods

In case you wish to make a return of goods, the time limit will be 7 calendar days from the reception of the product, and you may choose the refund of the money paid for the product or the replacement of the product with another. In this case, the customer  will run with the return shipping expenses and in the case of the refund, shipping and handling expenses will not be reimbursed.

In the event that the return of the goods is caused by an error attributable to anapunto.com, eg. sending a wrong product, the error must be communicated to us within 7 calendar days and anapunto.com will will run with the expenses of withdrawal of the wrong product and delivery of the correspondent to that of the realized order

In all cases, the products must be in perfect conditions. anapunto.com will be responsible for collecting the goods, but you will take over of the cost of returning them.

Refund of amounts paid

The reimbursement will be effected across the mean of payment that itused in the purchase, except that you paid on delivery. In this case money returned will be sent by bank transferThe amount to be refunded will be that on the original order less the shipping and handling expenses. Once verified the correct state of the returned product, anapunto.com will proceed to therefund of the amount in a maximum delay of 14 days.
